Contractual Information

  • All properties are let on a joint "assured shorthold" tenancy under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1988. (ie one agreement per property)

  • Tenancy agreements run for a full year from 1st July - 30th June (some September starts are also available please ask for details)

  • A refundable deposit of £200.00 per person and a non-refundable administration fee of £50.00  is required at the time of signing the tenancy agreement

  • The prices quoted are for rent per person per week. Tenants are responsible for all utility bills ie gas, water, electric, telephone and broadband (students are exempt from paying Council Tax)

  • A guarantor form signed by a parent/guardian is required by all tenants

  • Rent is payable in the form of post dated cheques. Payment is due on the 20th June, 20th October and 20th February. The June cheque can be split over three months ie June, July and August.

  • We require details of both the course and university you are attending.
