Sheffield Student Property t/a Salis Properties Ltd is proud to announce that for the second consecutive year we are very pleased to be sponsoring the Sheffield Hallam University mens' football teams.

Up-to-date news and fixtures regarding University sport can be found on the BUCS website.

This season (2010) has been an extremely successful one in itself.
The 1st Team finished in a highly respectable second place just behind Leeds Met and also went on a lengthy BUCS Cup run just losing out to Manchester University.
Hallam 2nd Team were the highest achievers throughout the whole club winning their league title and finishing as Runners-Up in the Cup.
The 3rd Team finished third place after losing drawing with Leeds Met on the final day.
The 4th Team finished 5th in the same league.

As the season came to a close, all eyes were on Varsity against rivals Sheffield University. This seasons Varsity was not only extremely successful for the Football Club but the most successful for Hallam University as a wholen who won both Winter Varsity (Ice Hockey and Snow Sports) and Varsity.
The 4th Team were unfortunate to lose out in their game whilst the 3rd Team continued their winning ways against Sheffield University, 2-1.
The 2nd team kicked off at a later time giving the 3rd and 4th teams time to support, after a long and physical 90 minutes the game ended 1-1. This left a ‘winner takes all’ game at Hillsborough. Not only would the 1st team win the point for Hallam if they won their game, they would win the whole competition which represents ever sport in Hallam. With nearly 3,000 spectators in the South Stand watching on, Hallam left it late on to secure a 2-0 win causing massive scenes of celebration. Captain and Chairman - Lee Cooksey, lifted the trophy for Hallam topping an extremely successful season for him, after being picked to represent England Universities.
