A bright, airy and spacious maisonette with a great open plan living room with a new modern sofa and an occasional comfy arm chair delivered December 2018, coffee table and 32” Sony Bravia television, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, built in oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast bar. Lower floor has two big, bright double glazed fully furnished bedrooms with wash hand basins, full length mirror, notice board and shelving. One of which has brand new modern walnut furniture delivered in December 2018.
The upper floor has another two very large nice bedrooms all fully furnished. The upper floor rear bedroom has brand new modern walnut furniture delivered in December 2018. All bedroom doors have locks. Downstairs is a spacious bathroom with a separate WC and utility area which has a washer dryer and storage cupboard. Outside, at the rear of the property there is a private courtyard.
