A huge really well maintained house in the heart of Broomhill – ideally positioned for student life and study. An extremely large front facing living room, nicely decorated with sofas, coffee table and 49″ wall mounted television.
A large wide hallway leading to a fantastic kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has fully integrated units, ceramic hob, washer drier, microwave, 2 fridge/freezers and dishwasher and is very bright and spacious. All seven bedrooms are “doubles” with modern matching beech effect furniture, full length mirror, notice board and shelving. All bedroom doors have locks. On the middle floor there is a shower room & WC and separate bathroom and a further guest WC on the ground floor. A fantastic garden regularly looked after by the landlord’s team. So spacious you may need a map for the first few weeks!!!
