The Property

A fantastic large six bedroom Victorian house just off Hunters Bar roundabout and a short walk from Endcliffe Park. With a large, spacious modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, built in oven, washer drier, fridge freezers, and microwave leading to the rear garden which is maintained by the landlord’s team.

A large bright cheerful living area with new modern comfy  leather sofas delivered in November 2018, coffee table and 32” Sony Bravia television. All bedrooms are a great size with double beds and matching beech effect furniture, full length mirror, notice board and shelving. All bedroom doors have locks. Modern large bathroom with overhead electric shower and a further separate shower room and WC. A digital aerial has been fitted to the lounge. A very popular house for students attending both Hallam and Sheffield Universities.
