The Property

A fabulous well maintained and modern big six bed roomed house in the best part of Broomhill. Open plan hall and large living room nicely decorated and furnished with comfy sofas, a 32″ Sony Bravia television and modern dining table and chairs. Glass door leading to a nice paved rear garden ideal for BBQs! A fantastic modern kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, built in oven, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave and washer drier. Six excellent sized bedrooms nicely decorated with matching beech effect modern furniture, full length mirror, notice board and shelving. All bedroom doors have locks. Two modern bathrooms both with showers and WCs. Large, bright and cheerful throughout and very well maintained.
